In our privacy policy, Likemind mobile ensures the safeguarding and precision of your confidential data to the fullest extent allowed by state and federal regulations. Your personally identifiable information is not actively disclosed, except as mandated by laws granting public access to specific information types or in response to legal requests such as subpoenas. We do not engage in the redistribution or sale of personal data gathered from our applications and web servers.

Information collected

Likemind Mobile's web servers and applications may gather personal data, including but not limited to your name, address, email address, and telephone number(s). We may request such information for administrative needs.
In addition, our application backend servers may capture, albeit temporarily, certain details including the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the mobile device in use, the type of mobile device, and the date and time of access. Likemind Mobile might also compile statistics that identify specific IP addresses from which our applications are accessed.

Use of collected information

Likemind Mobile may utilize the personal information gathered from our applications and websites to facilitate future communication with online and app users. This communication may encompass updates to our applications, notifications regarding security concerns, and announcements of special events. However, you will always have the opportunity to opt out of such communications.
Additionally, Likemind Mobile may employ browser IP address data and anonymous browser history to generate reports on website visits and for profiling purposes. This information primarily aids in enhancing web presentation and user experience. Moreover, Likemind Mobile may utilize IP address data for troubleshooting purposes.
Certain Likemind Mobile online platforms may employ "cookies" to deliver web content tailored to individual user interests. It's important to note that cookies do not store sensitive personal information.

Distribution of collected information

Likemind Mobile will not disclose, without your consent, personal information collected about you, except for certain explicit circumstances in which disclosure is required by law.
Likemind Mobile will not distribute or sell personal information to third-party organizations.

Use of Cloudkit

Starting on April 2025, in Version 1.05 and above, Likemind Mobile will utilize CloudKit, Apple's secure cloud storage service, to store user data safely within their iCloud account.
CloudKit enables seamless data synchronization across a user's devices while ensuring privacy and security under Apple's strict policies.
Likemind Mobile does not access, share, or sell any data stored in iCloud.
User data is used solely for essential app functions, such as syncing between devices and enabling data recovery in case of device loss, damage, or upgrades.
Only the user can access their CloudKit-stored data through their iCloud account and the app.
If needed, users can delete their stored data directly within the app.
